Chapter 8: Educational Psychology aur Child Observation

Child Psychology ka matlab hai ye samajhna ki baccha waisa vyavhar (behavior) kyun kar raha hai jaisa wo kar raha hai. Jab aap bacche ke dimaag ko padh lete ho, toh aapko gussa nahi aata, balki taras aur samajh aati hai.
1. Jean Piaget ki Theory (Little Scientists)
Piaget ke mutabiq bacche duniya ko explore karke seekhte hain. Pre-primary bacchon ke liye unhone "Pre-operational Stage" batayi hai:
  • Symbolic Thinking: Bacche kisi bhi lakdi ke tukde ko "Ghora" maan kar kalpana mein khel sakte hain.
  • Egocentrism: Is umar mein bacche ko lagta hai duniya uske charo taraf ghumti hai.
2. Observation: Bacche ko Parakhna
Ek professional PPTT teacher ki aankhein hamesha bacchon par honi chahiye:
  • Anecdotal Records: Jab baccha kuch khaas kare, toh usey diary mein date ke saath likh lein. (Example: "12 Feb: Aaj Rohan ne Sarah ke saath pencil share ki.")
  • Checklists: Ek "Yes/No" list taiyar karein bacche ke physical aur social milestones ke liye.
3. Maslow's Hierarchy (Bacche ki Zarurat)
Baccha tab tak nahi padh sakta jab tak uski basic zaruratein puri na hon:
Level 1 (Physical): Agar baccha bhuka hai ya neend puri nahi hui, toh wo class mein royega.
Level 2 (Safety): Agar baccha school mein darta hai, toh uska dimaag seekhna band kar dega.
Level 3 (Love): Teacher ka pyar aur gale lagana bacche ko seekhne ke liye taiyar karta hai.

4. Behavior Management: Gussa aur Zidd ka Hal
Educational psychology ke mutabiq har "Bad Behavior" ke peeche ek message hota hai:
  • Attention Seeking: Baccha shor machata hai taaki aap usey dekhein. Hal: Accha kaam karne par usey zyada attention dein.
  • Power Struggle: Jab baccha kahe "Main nahi karunga!", toh usey Choices dein (E.g. Blue color ya Green?). Isse bacche ko lagta hai power uske paas hai.
5. Learning Styles (Har Baccha Alag Hai)
  • Visual Learners: Jo Pictures aur Videos dekh kar jaldi seekhte hain.
  • Auditory Learners: Jo Stories aur Rhymes sun kar seekhte hain.
  • Kinesthetic Learners: Jo Blocks ya Dance jaisi activities karke seekhte hain.
6. Case Study: "The Quiet Child"
Situation & Analysis Ek baccha class mein kisi se baat nahi karta. Analysis ye hai ki usey Social Anxiety ho sakti hai.
Teacher ka Action: Usey sabke samne bolne ko majboor na karein. Usey chote groups mein rakhein aur dheere-dheere uska confidence badhayein.

Psychology humein sikhati hai ki har baccha ek "Ansuljhi Paheli" hai. Teacher ka kaam us paheli ko dande se nahi, balki sabr (patience) aur bariki se observation se suljhana hai.
