Bacche ka vikas sirf uski height badhne se nahi hota, balki uske dimaag, bolne ke tarike aur logon se milne-julne ke tarike mein jo badlav aata hai, usey hum Development kehte hain. AIINTT curriculum ke mutabiq, ek teacher ko ye samajhna zaroori hai kyunki har umar ka baccha alag tarah se seekhta hai.
1. Growth vs. Development (Antar Kya Hai?)
Growth (Vridhi)
Ye wo badlav hain jinhe hum naap sakte hain. Jaise bacche ka weight badhna ya height badhna.Development (Vikas)

A. Physical Development (Sharirik Vikas)
Bacche ke sharir ki harr muscle ka vikas ismein aata hai:- Gross Motor Skills: Badi muscles ka use (Bhagna, kudna, ball fenkna).
- Fine Motor Skills: Chhoti muscles ka use (Painting, pencil pakadna).
Agar ek baccha pencil sahi se nahi pakad pa raha, toh usey zabardasti likhna mat sikhao. Pehle usey Clay Modeling ya Paper Tearing wali activity karao taaki uski ungliyon ki muscles mazboot hon.
B. Cognitive Development (Mansik Vikas)
Baccha kaise sochta hai aur problem solve karta hai. Is umar mein bacche logic se zyada Fantasy (Kalpana) mein jeete hain. Teacher ko isi kalpana ka use karke bacchon ko concepts samjhane chahiye.3. Age-Wise Development Milestones

4. Heredity aur Environment (Prakriti aur Parivesh)
Baccha kaisa banega, ye do cheezon par depend karta hai: Heredity (जो mummy-papa se mila hai) aur Environment (जो school aur ghar mein mil raha hai). Ek teacher bacche ki heredity nahi badal sakti, lekin aisa Environment de sakti hai jahan wo bina darre seekh sake.
5. Practical Example: "The Block Tower"
Sthiti: Class mein tower girne par ek baccha blocks fenk deta hai.
Teacher ko gusse wale bacche ke paas ja kar baithna chahiye aur kehna chahiye, "Chalo hum dono milkar ek 'Super Strong' base banate hain." Isse aapne bacche ko Resilience (Sabar) aur Solution nikalna sikhaya.
